Learn365 operation, maintenance, and data locations

Learn365 is built entirely using the Microsoft Azure Platform as a service (PaaS). All operated securely in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, fully managed by Zensai.

As a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, maintenance and updates are included in your subscription to Learn365. Ensuring you a product that is kept continuously up to date.

Currently, Learn365 is available in seven regional Azure data centers and in the US Government Azure Cloud serving both US GCC and GCC high tenants. As a customer, you select which Azure Data Center you would like to use for data location upon the first installation.

 

Users and authentication

Learn365 utilizes the Microsoft 365 identity models offered by Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for all users and authentication. 

Learn365 provisions a dedicated database for each customer in which all learner records are stored. Having a dedicated database ensures that no data will be accessible/visible to other customers.

Storage of content

SCORM and AICC Packages are stored in Azure Shared Blob Storage. Customers will only be able to see their own content.

Course and Template Certificates are stored in Azure Shared Blob Storage. Customers will only be able to see their own content.

All other content such as Word Documents, PowerPoints, PDFs, Stream Videos, etc. as used in the Learning Module Builder, Quizzes, and Assignments, are stored in the customer’s own Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online tenant.

Integrations

Learn365 integrates with Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Power Automate using the Learn365 Connectors.  Additionally, Learn365 has full-featured APIs allowing you to integrate with other enterprise applications such as Workday and SAP.
