At Zensai, we believe AI should help people learn, grow, and perform better while remaining secure, transparent, and under human control.
Responsible AI is built on many interconnected principles. While all of our responsible AI principles guide how we develop and govern AI, five principles are particularly important in helping customers understand how we approach trustworthy AI.
| Principle | Summary |
| Accountability | People remain accountable for AI decisions and outcomes. |
| Human oversight | Users remain in control of AI-assisted actions. |
| Transparency | Clear information about how AI is used. |
| Privacy | Protection of personal and customer data. |
| Security | Safeguards throughout the AI lifecycle. |
Our responsible AI principles guide how we design, develop, deploy, and operate AI-enabled capabilities across our products and internal processes. They provide a foundation for our AI governance program and help ensure that AI is used in a way that supports trust, accountability, privacy, security, and compliance.
These principles are integrated into our AI Management System based on ISO 42001 including risk management activities, product development practices, and day-to-day operations. They help us balance innovation with responsibility, enabling us to deliver AI-powered experiences that create value for customers while respecting the rights, interests, and expectations of users and other stakeholders.
